Converge Under Fire for Promoting Events And New Services Instead of Fixing Subscriber’s Internet
December 5, 2025Converge ICT Solutions is under scrutiny after hundreds of frustrated subscribers flooded the company’s recent Facebook posts with reports of prolonged internet outages and unresolved service requests.

The surge of complaints became most apparent on a promotional post announcing the company’s new GameChanger EZ Plan 1800, which advertises speeds of up to 400 Mbps, network prioritization, and SkyTV access. Instead of drawing excitement, the post drew a torrent of grievances from customers demanding stable service before new plans.
Several commenters claimed they paid for installation but never received service, despite multiple follow-ups at local Converge offices. Others reported being without internet for a week or more, with customer support allegedly unresponsive or unable to provide updates.
Users from various areas—including Valenzuela, Noveleta, Navotas, Caloocan, and Capiz—said their connections had been down for days, while some noted they’ve been dealing with outages since November. Complaints such as “still no internet,” “been down for days,” and “tickets unresolved for weeks” filled the comment sections.
Speed inconsistencies were another common issue. Some subscribers said their 300 Mbps plans were only delivering around 20 Mbps during tests. Others reported that Converge’s hotlines had become unreachable, leaving them without support.
Even unrelated corporate posts—such as event promotions and sports partnerships—were overtaken by dissatisfied customers. Many urged the company to prioritize fixing service issues before marketing new offers or sponsoring activities.
One commenter summed up the sentiment widely echoed across the threads: “Fix the internet first before promoting events.”
Some users even called for outside intervention, wanting to tag Raffy Tulfo in Action to highlight the scale of the issue.
As of this writing, Converge has not issued a public statement addressing the surge of complaints or explaining the widespread outages reported in multiple regions. Comment sections across the company’s posts continue to fill with new reports from subscribers seeking assistance.
