The incident reportedly took place on December 1, 2025, at around 7 PM. The customer, who describes herself as soft-spoken and someone who avoids confrontation, visited Classic Savory with a companion to enjoy dinner and avail of a free chicken promo from Watsons. According to her post, the experience soured quickly due to the behavior of a staff member identified only as “Timmy.”

A Cold Start: “He Didn’t Talk Kindly to Us”

The customer recalled that the interaction felt off from the beginning. She described Timmy as unfriendly no smile, no warmth, and an overall demeanor that made them uncomfortable. Their order included:

  • 2 coffee jelly
  • 2 plain rice
  • 1 Four Season Green Beans
  • 1 steamed rice
  • Plus the free Watsons chicken promo, for which she handed the required receipts and vouchers

After about 10 minutes, all dishes except the Four Season Green Beans arrived. Believing it was simply delayed, they waited patiently. Ten more minutes passed with no update, prompting her to politely follow up.

“You Didn’t Order It” Staff Dispute Over the Missing Dish

Instead of resolving the issue, Timmy allegedly insisted that she never ordered the missing dish. The customer calmly reiterated that the Green Beans were part of her initial order. Rather than clarifying the misunderstanding, she said Timmy raised his voice toward another staff member, making her feel blamed and dismissed.

This moment, she said, made her feel “invisible” as though her concerns didn’t matter.

What deeply affected the customer was overhearing Timmy mutter “putang ina” under his breath, which she interpreted as a derogatory remark aimed at her. She shared that she immediately lost her appetite and felt both humiliated and disrespected.
