Jasontheween said on his stream that Fanfan broke down in the streamer awards after party because of her Diddy joke. Fanfan addressed the recent emotional moment at the Streamer Awards where she was seen crying after making a joke involving Kai Cenat and Diddy. She confirmed that the joke came directly from the teleprompter script she was given for the event.

In a statement shared on her Discord, Fanfan explained that while the script included the joke, she takes full accountability for the delivery, describing it as “a bad joke with horrible delivery.” She emphasized that the comment was not intended as a public statement and that the context was missing from what viewers saw. She also clarified that the event’s producer, QTcinderella, had no knowledge of the joke being used in this way.

Fanfan reflected that she “could’ve easily just not followed the script and improvised” and acknowledged that reading the room and deviating from the teleprompter might have prevented the uncomfortable moment.

Following the backlash, QTcinderella responded, saying she will now start checking the hosts’ scripts herself. She explained that for the past five years, she has intentionally avoided reviewing scripts because she wants the hosts to express themselves naturally: “The different hosts or presenters I always leave it up to them for what they wanna say, I never check what they wanna say and I’ve always done that for 5 years and I never check cause I want them to be themselves.”

The clarification from both Fanfan and QTcinderella has sparked discussions online about live event pressures and the balance between scripted content and genuine spontaneity, with many fans sympathizing with the challenges of performing under such circumstances.
