Customer Walks Out After GameOne Staff Tells Them to Just “Check the Website” Instead of Assisting Them

A post on Reddit’s r/GigilAko describes a frustrating experience after visiting the GameOnePH store to buy a computer monitor. The poster allegedly visited GameOnePH to buy a monitor. Though the store was practically empty and staff seemed free, when asked for the price the agent simply told them to “check the website.” Feeling the response was unprofessional and lazy, the customer walked out and ended up buying the monitor elsewhere.
Other Reddit users in the thread echoed similar frustrations. One wrote that they had asked for the price for a Switch 2, and the staff did not know. They searched on their phone for 5 mins, leaving the customer frustrated, and so he left for Datablitz instead.

A few redditors suggested that the poster report him to the store, and he updated, saying he had in fact emailed the store with his complaints.

Another poster messaged their Facebook page, showing that they were actively investigating the incident.
